Business executives summarized not only the thoughts of how to continue the steady development of general trade business, but also the exchanges and discussions on how to accelerate the growth of new projects and models such as cross-border e-commerce, import supply chain, as well as the introduction of talents, echelon construction and the implementation of corporate culture. The two-day debriefing meeting was highly information-intensive, which benefited the participants a lot.
Under the epidemic, cross-border e-commerce has attracted attention. Patrick said that it has become one of the basic business of our group, which indicated the importance of deploying new businesses in advance. Currently, cross-border e-commerce continues to make efforts. The performance of basic business skills such as product development, innovative design, operational capabilities and customer service will become more important. As another basic business of our group, general trading business has great market space and development potential, and it is still worthy of our 20 years of intensive cultivation. At the same time, we must pay attention to the fact that the epidemic has not only promoted online consumption, but also changed the traditional operating methods of foreign trade companies. Online marketing, online management, data analysis, business intelligence and other "online capabilities" will become the core capabilities of future corporate competition, which is worthy of our long-term thinking.
