The meeting informed company’s general situation in 2019, analyzed current economic situation, predicted the completing situation of this year’s aims and objectives, and evaluated the topics of concern for each subsidiary.
Union Chance, Union Vinson, Union Service held a simpe but solemn signing ceremony for new partners. Since the implementation of the partner mechanism, the group has absorbed a number of outstanding colleagues every year to join the partner team, so far there have been nearly 100 partners. All the partners share benefits and risks together, and everyone strives hard for the same goal. The partner mechanism has now become the core driving force of promoting the continuous development of the group.
The meeting also announced that Union Grand Business Division and Union Service Business Division have officially upgraded to subsidiaries. Established in 2018, two business divisions achieved excellent business performance in 2018 and 2019. Both of them were an attempt of the group to deepen the subsidiary model and innovative organizational mechanism. The meeting clarified the current standard for the establishment of subsidiary and business division, and made corresponding regulations in terms of business scale efficiency, innovation and sustainability, and the proportion of the person in charge.
