Sellers Union Group initiated Partners’ Leaning Tour to Japan
In order to broaden the horizon of our group’s core team and promote their management idea, the Sellers Union Group initiated partners’ leaning tour to Japan so that all the partners would be organized to study at home and abroad every year. In the past two months, we successfully finished the first and second journey to Japan. There were over 30 manager-level and director-level partners visited Japan. The journey also got a warm response from suppliers with over 10 supplier responsible persons participated in the journey.
Daimaru
Daimaru, founded in 1717, was used to be the biggest retailing enterprise in Japan.
It was the first time we become thinkers of investigating the behind story of the department store instead of just customers in the shopping mall. During the visiting, we closely watched its internal morning meeting, understood its business philosophy and service spirit shared by Japanese enterprises. We wrote the notes while listening the manager of sales and purchasing department introducing store management and commodity. As an old company with 302-year history, it has always insisted on innovation.
